I have two routers on my trace showing 90 loss . And it is down because of those routers. You need to go through them to play the game and they lag to much for you to play in essence. The few players who can actually get into TW probably live in some god forsaken place where you don't pass those routers.

P.S. We are not being hacked

Well, I have normal ping and ploss in all routers while I do the trace thing but I still can't get in. So I think that's not the problem.
