    I was thinking of maybe that it might be a nice change to allow spiders to green antiwarp, still, only like 1/5 greens will be antiwarp... It might encourage the use of spiders and it will make levterring much harder, still... It will change the way you base in pub, but it might be worth a shot... many people don't know antiwarp exists, and those who do hardly make use of it... a team with antiwarp in public has like 75% chance to keep base...

    Just tell me what you think.

        Wouldn't do much against LTs. If your shark is the cog of your leviterr defence, then you've got bigger problems.

            ok look, people dont give a shit about mother fucking purpose. maybe for 2 minutes to make the LT go away but really with energy drain like that no ones gonna care.

            obviously 75-90 percent of everyone dont like levs and LT's but the other 10-25 percent are fans of laming people or whatnot. so get rid of the damn ship. honestly it will solve so many problems. the only immediate problem would be people making complaints and posts like so for about 2 weeks. one post will read BRING BACK LEVIS. some other levi fan will sign up for the forums and make a post called WTF YOU RUINED THE GAME.. and so on, the boards will be temporarily filled with morons' posts who are sad cause they cant own the game with no skill. a bring back the levi post:

            HAY WHAT THE FUCK I GOT ON SSCU TRENCH WRAS TODAY AND THE LEVI WAS ALL LIKE DIFFERENT AND STUFF!@@ IT WAS LIKE A NORMAL FUCKING SHIP GOD DAMN IT. WELL IT WAS REALLY A FUN SHIP AND I ENJOYED PLAYING IT SO BRING IT BACK PLEASE!!!!1

            Reasons why the lev should be changed back to the way it was:
            -Many players loved playing it. BLAH BLAH BLAH (its fun to blow the hell out of people with no skill and a lot of people enjoy it is what the are saying here)
            -It takes skill (1. no it doesnt 2. even if it did, the ship still ruins game play)
            -a bunch of other lame reasons.

              I agree. Levs most def need changing. Ive already given my thor idea in another post.. but you could also make tis ship into a moving wall. keep its speed, take away te bombs and give it lv 1 bullets, and double its energy. Just a thought but their woldnt be any blue ass bombs running around anymore

                    spiders being able to green antiwarp is an ok idea, but it would have to be rare. like less than 1 tenth of the time. otherwise regular basing gets screwed because base terrs can't warp.
                    i think i prefer the idea of allowing lancasters to purchase antiwarp as well as spiders.

                        Simply buy it.

                        The defense to LT's is so simple, but I guess 'teamwork' is too abstract for many people to understand.
                        Spider buys anti, team sends out a few hunters. But wait, that requires forethought, communication, and teamwork.
                        Oh, oops, I forgot, who would want to spend their valuable points?

                            eph, it isn't that LTs are too hard to kill, it's that you have to stop what YOU want to be doing (basing) to go and kill them.

                              ZentoR - I was replying to the original post regarding anti-warp.

                              Verthanthi - Understood. I feel that LT's are similar to ‘air-strikes’ in military strategy. Like high flying bombers dropping big ordinances over battle field. Are they a pain in the ass? Yes. Can they disrupt an good and intense base battle? Yes.

                              My point is that there is an ‘answer’ for them. It is not used often enough and it takes a small amount of communication and teamwork.
