Yeah, weasel's suck.

However, they're one of the only ways to kill a (or many) freakin base levis in a very well defended base.

My question for you is: which do u perfer, the levi, or the weasel?

Aka, have a levi in base blowing EVERYTHING up; or a small little weasel that infiltrates the base, kills levis, or goes out and kills noobish terrs?

Base levs are also annoyin if on opposite side. And if the tk alot.

But they are nice if you are x and you kill those annoying levs.. lol! But still i dont x.. cuz x-ing sucks. And its one ship you can get nice stats with. And even if you get nice stats, thats not skill. Not with by x-ing...

I think the new miniature weasels are awesome.
And I think that people who call any ship a "newbie" ship are stupid and narrowminded, the kind of people that will stick with one or two ships and never really bother putting any effort into learning the others.

The best thing about the new weasels is that they are so small and cute that every time I get killed by one, regardless of my bounty, I simply cannot bring myself to get annoyed about it, I'm usually laughing too much.

The zone staff need to open a can of whoop-ass here. If you don't like the settings of the zone, don't play. It's as simple as that.

Or go to your own arena like ?go name - here the ships all have the old settings still like x are big and levs have reps etc.

We play TW because we like the settings, so stop whining, grin and bear it cos it's fine the way it is. If you can fly your ship well enough you should be moving well enough for the x not to be able to get anywhere near you anyway.

thats what people say when i complain in pub. its a stupid thing to say. of course im not gonna play here if i like another zones settings better, u dont need to tell me that. i think that these settings are in need of modifications though.. seriously they own and they suck at the same time.

yeah, thats feasible. i always love to fly around an empty arena in a spider until another person comes in and makes me happy by using a big cloaker so i dont have to worry about mini cloakers.

uhh.. lol. i guess im stupid and narrowminded. dont get me wrong, when i call the weasel a newbie ship i mean that basically 95 percent of the people who fly it are newbies. yeah, thats 19 out of 20, im underestimating probably. so its a newbie ship, face it. hell if you are gonna give newbies a ship it really should be one with fair settings.. so people have a chance to fight it before they die...? yes...? i think so. and judging by your second statement, id say you dont pub very often. at all. they never seemed cute and funny to me.. but i can see how they would seem cute and funny to some people, however, not for more than about 15 or 20 minutes (if longer than that then you are very easily entertained). then when you get killed by one you should (im not saying you do... but if you dont then im wondering what you ARE thinking..) think that you never had a chance to fight that person and that he had no right to kill you (and take away your high bounty).

another thing ive noticed is that when i or someone else on my side says that cloakers have no purpose, the response is often " THYE HAEV PORPOSE BECASUE I USES THEM TO FIGHT TEH LEVI0RTHANS." um.. nice purpose. a ship whose most notable purpose is to kill levis... when it is just as easy to kill levis in warbirds, spiders, lancasters, etc. not to mention the fact that this isnt really what they are even used for 99 percent of the time. the other purpose people would say is that they help basing. what i say to that is "lol, get real." they dont. they help it about as much as the old weasel did, and the old weasel was destructive to basing. why? because you might as well not waste what could be any other ship besides levi on that ship.

so yeah, cloakers are newbie ships. that arent fair or skillful or productive in fact they are quite cowardly even when only fighting levis and should be changed into a ship that gives its enemies a chance to fight.

It is not a "X" nor is it a "Cloaker" It's called a weasel. You call it a x or cloaker outside of trench and nobody will knwo what you are talking about.

With the exception of the Leviathan and the Shark, all the other ships should be able to combat the Weasel in some way anyway. Warbirds and Spiders are fast enough that if they are moving all the time, the Weasel will never be able to catch up with or kill them. The Javelin and Terrier have X-Radar, and can combat the x. The Lancaster has the capability to have X-Radar, and sometimes it can pick it up in a green, therefore it can also combat the Weasel. The Leviathan and the Shark are both vulnerable to the Weasel, and this is unavoidable. However, in basing the Leviathan is powerful enough to bomb a Weasel out of the sky anyway, and a Shark's mines, if used in the right places should keep the Weasel out of base anyway.
So the only real problem is getting the Leviathan into base, which will always be a problem. But, like you say, the Leviathan is just as easily killed by Warbirds and Spiders as it is by Weasels, so why only complain about the Weasel?
I still think the settings are fine the way they are. The Weasel has it's disadvantages, like recharges, which can make it very vulnerable once it has fired. But, if you are playing as a Warbird or Spider and you cannot avoid being hit by a Weasel, you have to ask yourself how well you are really playing.
