You can ?find someone as long as they're actually in game atm. Also, if they have the ^, u have to include it when u ?find.

Last night around 8 pm EET the cooling for the billing server failed and the system shut down. We're currently working to get replacement hardware online ASAP - hopefully this won't take us more than one day. Sorry for the inconvenience.
