Elim's suggestion

True, elim is popular and has the potential of being fun. However, I find that the numerous spawnings ruin the arena. For example, there are seldom players who will just sit in the middle and shoot the appearing ones. And THAT makes me angry.

I would suggest a very simple 5 seconds of spawning invincibility during which you can't shoot no one and no one can't shoot you. Your name would appear in another color for this time and there would be a counter (indicating the remaining seconds for inv.). That way, at least, it will give me time to run off from those lame spawners

I think that is an awesome idea it would be sweet as hell. Maybe we could make Outside of the base a big Safety Zone.. i have seen allot of places that do that.. I dont know if it would be a great idea thou.. And if people stay out to long they get specced .. Same as usual. But they can't shoot

i'm pretty sure that's been attempted before... it worked, but appratently it dind't work out.

the dumbass owners of TW dont understand that all spawning problems can be solved by a center safety... I mean, maybe not in pubs, but in the elims (especially baseelim) it would do a lot of good.

A center safety wouldn't help in elims, because people could just hover around it and shoot at people leaving the safety.

Don't get me wrong, I don't actually care about elim or anything.

I have no idea whether this is in the right forum, but right forum or not this is a completely stupid idea. So basically if I'm near the center of the map and someone else spawns nearby, I should just roll over and take it up the ass because THEY just died? No thanks.

The way to solve Elim's problems is permanent blueout.

I think they did a test map for a middle safety area a long time ago. It looked like hell and didn't work for some reason. Spiderex the owners Priitk and DoCk> have very little effect on how TW functions since staff runs almost everything. If the elim map were to ever change they would not be involved.

Anyway back to what Don't try to resist said. This would be a great idea for pretty much every arena rather than only the elim arenas. Pubs and etc. would benefit greatly from this. To add to this though, I believe the warping should also be disabled but I'm not quite sure about it...

DTTR's idea would just stall spawning and make it easier. Some one spawns next to you, they are pink, if you wanted to spawn, you could just sit there, and wait for them to turn blue, shoot them, and they die. Seems kind of pointless to me.

It wouldn't prevent spawning TOTALLY..but it would lower it alot.

However, the next thing the elimers would whine about would be how lame "killermegarobot22" was when he waited til he could shoot again, and shot someone in the back.

Do you think before you speak/post? Think about it.. a big safe zone in elim... people sit in it, go out for 1 quick kill and hop back into safe zone repeatedly... the "OMG LAMED" statements would increase by a factor of atleast 20
