It's much easier for ZH people since people can just use ?help instead of deciding whether to pm a ZH or an HH.

We are going tag crazy. Their is no need for a <HH>. The <ZH>'s do their jobs well and what is the point of having another lower level of staff to muck it up? All they would do is steal <ZH> calls, bother the SMods for real staff, inflate their ego, abuse what little power they have, and keep staff from doing the best they can.

On the note of more tags:
Trench Wars Radio has added <RH>. I see no reason to have a level of "sub staff" that have no power, but have a tag so it looks like they do. About all they have is a chat, and the ability to do one zone message a day. Why not give this power without a tag?

Does anyone remember the failed <HR>? (of all of them only one is still staff [Melo <ER>])

Veh the <RH> didn't fail, most of the hosts didn't want to do it, some do. If there was a big radio event I would do the <RH> thing so people that want infomation can have it by pm me or another one. We do have limited powers, 1 zone msg every 6 hours and *arena in ?go radio. + other functions dock is still working out.

It's not a way to get on TW staff, it's just a radio station dock is having fun with and theres people that help out. The tag was just a way for people to recognize a radio host, and get information from them if needed. Yes theres some people who are going to try to be a dj just so they can have the *zone and *arena msg, but we don't let anyone that asks, host. We have procedures for recruiting just like regular staff does with the ZH program. It's more organzined then you think.

So the RH tag does the same thing as the ZH, it shows that some people will be helpful, and be knowledgeable in a specific part of Trench Wars.

Now that was a long post, the HH tag. It's a somewhat good idea, bad name, no organization. It could help but, it's gonna be a joke to most people.

Kolar: When I said <HR> it wasn't a typo, <HR>'s were hockey ref's back in the day, it was sub-ZH, you had your own chat, and no acess to anything staff. All they did was host hockey, notorious fuck ups in the staff era were HH's, including Easton and Disown.

Dameon Angel: when trench wars radio first started it was all staff and some outside people, opening it too anyone interesting is a great idea, but some times you can be too organized, why not let them have all the power, have everything the <RH>'s have, but have no tag. To me, all I think the tag says to people is, "I'm so close to being <ZH>, just give me power already!"

Most of the people that are DJs are already staff, were staff abused got axed, or just never been consider ( I don't know about the last one). The <RH> thing was something Crazi and I thought up. We were going to do it later, keep it organzined ect... but a few people jumped the gun and did it. Dock, Weaver and Strike had no problem with it, there not going to make us wear the freaking tag if we don't want to. We don't need it to do arena or zone msg either.

You did refer to <RH> did you not? I've been around a lot longer then that. I know what HR was.

"Trench Wars Radio has added <RH>. I see no reason to have a level of "sub staff" that have no power, but have a tag so it looks like they do. About all they have is a chat, and the ability to do one zone message a day. Why not give this power without a tag?"

I think you're getting a little power crazy not tag crazy. The whole point of having ZH and RH is so people can visibly see a person who they can goto for help. We don't actually have the *arena and *zone ability name specific, we use a bot. And again were not allowing DJs to join for the sole purpose of having the *zone and *arena.

To be blunt and too the point, all I pretty much meant was "screw the damn RH tag."

we actually only have any form of power in one arena. and the <RH> tag is just for fun. no harm ment. if it was impeding the way you do business in trench wars, then by all means, take away the <RH> tag. the tag is really for 1 arena and just to show who is a radio host or not.

Imagine that !
