J, the first step toward coming back is posting a forum thread about how you're leaving. If you really want to leave, realize that you don't give a shit about any of these ss-playing cunts and leave without a word, or with several spiteful words in-game (not on the forum).

What I've found easiest is just getting really busy so I don't have time to play. And if I get bored and my last ban has expired, I go on to get banned again.
