on a side note..i was doin some thinking *oh boy* but if staff wouldnt be so picky about eveyr little thing w/ racism..now im not saying let racism be legal...but soem staff like look into such stupid shit to see if its racism...if u gotta questino it then it isnt bad enough to offend others...but the point is if u wernt picky about it and just banned/warned for the obvious and hardcore racist ppl the style would prolly go out soon...everything goes in and out @ diff times...ppl get a good laff bc they were banned for racism..they come here and post about it get the public hating staff just a little more bc somewhere along the line there was abuse or it wsant really racist...but if u'd let a few times slide im sure it wo uldnt be fun to them guys anymore and they'd prolly stop it

Racism and discrimination is just too hot a topic and to blurry to judge wether it's bad or acceptable racism or discrimination.
So the best thing to do is what is done in TW, anything that looks like racism and discrimination is punished.. How come so many people can play this game for years without ever once crossing the line.
The people that have problems with it are those people that are always trying to cross that line, trying to rebel.
If you are such a person you know what is going to happen, but ofcourse you also need to discuss the matter on TWF, because after all, you are a rebel.

You should be banned if you said that, all things being equal. If you aren't, then the injustice is that you weren't, not that Underdog did.

Things aren't equal, and I doubt they ever will be. I can call kids in my class crackers but if I use the N word it's considered racism.

Of course they aren't. But the solution should be that both cases are treated as being equally wrong. Too many would rather take the easy route and turn a blind eye to both.

Fandango, using the word is racial, but the context in which it was used was racist. Think about it. He's joking about killing someone because of his race. Imagine if he used the same macro, only instead of "killed an Inuit" he had said "lynched an African American". Would you think the same way about it? It wasn't so much the words that he used but the context.

They will never be treated equally wrong. Accept the things that can be changed and the things that can't be changed. Racism might die out but not during the course of my life. To get rid of racism you must first get rid of the human flaw, ignorance. Get rid of human ignorance then give me a call and we'll work on solving racism.
