The downtime problem of the site.
The downtime of the site at 10:00 PM EST, is because of the scheduled reboot we have everyday on that server.
Now the problem that the sites can't be accessed for like 4 to 5 hours is because of the Exchange IS service that won't startup anymore after the reboot, which is required so the website can work properly.
So we have to start the service manually (yeah it sux, why do we have automation then?
)
Since it's 4:00 AM our time here that the server reboots, we can only start the service when we get up, around 8:00 AM. That's the whole issue for now.
We are working on that problem already, please bare with us till it's fixed.
