Ive posted this, its my first bad encounter with RoboHelp, it probably happened before, but i dont know if there was a post about it so far....

robohelp works on keywords... your message happened to have keywords to trigger 2 of the auto messages. Sometimes it works... sometimes it doesnt, however i think its quite presumtuous to say:

hehe when i got time ill look into that and take it out for you guys.

however, you did get help right after you made that help call so i dont think the wrong answers are that bad if someones watching over things
