If you're trying to keep your name from being used on the forums goto the main index, goto User CP, select NO for Browse board with cookies?. Log out at the bottom right on the board index when you're done. To post you'll need to login again.
For Continuum, click on profiles, select your name, [REMEMBER your PASSWORD], remove your password from the right side. When you log into any zone you'll be promoted to enter your password.
