im the cocap for Canada in the wbc, and i came in late for the match Canada vs E.A. so i asked zeus if he can put me in canada's freq? zeus told me he cant because he doesnt have the power, etc. So i found rucci* <ER> in the arena, so i asked him. he said no. then i pmed him, telling him that im cocap for canada, and just want to be on the freq to help. Rucci didnt reply, so i thought he went afk and i stopped asking. A few mins later, when Bosshawk (canada's terr) died, Rucci shouted TD!! So i pmed him again just in case he didnt get my first pm, and to my surprise, he just totally ignored me.

is this how an ER suppose to act to requests and questions? i mean, if he cant do it for a reason, he could have told me the reason or at least tell me "no, i cant because there are too many ppl on the freq". but instead Rucci just choose to ignore my request. i really dont understand how the ER's are chosen anymore...

As for RuCCi* <ER>, i think he just got promoted to <ER> this week and he was chosen for <ER> because he was made <ZH> like about 6 months ago and was still around so (and no disrespect ment to staff or rucci) it was just time for him to move up whether he's earned it or not. Since he's the new <ER> around, i assume there will be 1 or 2 more posts made about him or his ignorance or whatever while he still learns the staff commands.
