    NEW- Question

    hey, sorry if this sounds like a really really newbish question.
    but what do u have to do to start playing this game.
    i see it ends on the 11th but be good to get some gaming in b4 it starts up again.
    so would some1 be able to to point me in the right direction where it tells me what to do or just give me a quick run through of what i need to do.

    I assume you didn't even download the game yet?

    Anyways, it doesn't end on the 11th; that's the the ending date of a league that is played in TW. You won't have to worry about that; you can still play the game whenever you want.

    Download it here:

    And install.

    When you start the game, you should go into the Profile thing and make a login. Once you do that, go back to the main screen, and click on the green line that says "SSCU Trench Wars" and then press the big PLAY button at the bottom.

    That will take you into the game (as long as there are no problems) and you should be able to figure out the controls and stuff on your own...

    Direction buttons: move
    Control: Fire
    Shift: Thrust (boost)

    for the basics.

    Anyways, have fun I guess.

        Here's a good starting place for beginners:

        Trench Wars is one of many zones in this game. The game we play is called Continuum or SubSpace. Enter the game by entering a zone.

        Each zone generally has a theme. For example there is a Hockey Zone (http://www.rshl.org/). In each zone, there are different arenas (rooms). Each arena may have different maps or different ship settings. Hockey Zone has a mini arena with a smaller rink. Effectively, each arena can be a whole new "game". In the game, type Esc-a to see the arena list.

        Trench Wars is the most popular zone (because it's the best!).

          If the help messages arent already appearing in chat when you first enter press escape f6 to toggle them. also rely heavily on the f1 menu.
