If you could change anything about staff, what would it be?

I would like tw to keep tight logs on everyone in staff. And a democracy inside staff...(such as if all the ZH's and ER's) voted against someone being a smod, the smod would be relieved of duty.

Thats just what I think..

Nothing bad about staff except that fag warthog...I play a joke in elim I have a macro that says to come to my arena ?go #strip and i say the ships are pornstars...i say this once or twice and hes up my ass about it..so just fire him and staff is perfect but for now its about 1 % away from being perfect :P

Harumi <ER> is oldschool Event Ref... Well I haven't been on much lately, but fire those insignificant ZHs that do nothing and can get away with the 40 call a month quota. Get rid of them, and let other ZHs in.

I would like er's who host more. the er means event ref. that means they shouldnt sit around and do nothing all the time. if they get sick of hosting events well then they should quit staff so there can be someone who isnt sick of hosting. plus i want more event variety. hurami is owning, in my opinion.
