Repeal the banning process.

No one save an SMod should have the ability to ban. Don't give it ERs, don't give it to Mods. 95% of the current crop of staffers don't deserve the responsibility. I am sick and fucking tired of hearing about and being subject to unjustified bans. You hire newbies who don't know shit about the game, its history, the community, not a goddamn thing. It's no fucking wonder you see all this so-called abuse of the ?help and ?cheater systems. Too many ?help calls go unanswered. Too many ?cheater calls are ignored. When I was a part of the Trench Wars staff years ago, it didn't matter what the call was, you answered it and you gave some sort of response, whether it be an, "I don't know." or an "I'll find someone who can help you." Nowadays, you're just ignored, or worse yet, you're banned for abusing the system that abuses you.

Fix this mess. And hurry the fuck up about it.

In my time, All the <ER>'s with BanG used it perfectly. of course theres the newbies who make out they didn't know teamkilling was illegal, but it was all justified. And with Mods, I think they need BanG, don't be silly, If they didn't we'd need the SMod's to equal the number of Mods, and chances are the Mods would be promoted to SMod's just so they can ban. So it wouldn't work. I don't think I've ever seen a Mod abuse his BanG with perhaps the exception of Connection. (although I am slightly biased there since he banned me, although I was in the wrong. No warning was given.)
