Complaint on pure_luck II

I have another query:

How many consecutive repetitive word I type in pubchat constitutes a spam?

Yesterday, I type 'td' again in pubchat of ?go base. pure_luck told me not to type more than twice...

I am really confused. Pls enlighten me.

Another thing is: where can I find the rule : spamming is bannable.
