the people i saw teamkilling were warned, you admitted you saw a warn message, thinking it was to anon and buja - *warn messages are private messages, so you admit you were warned.

you also admitted you "jokingly" sent a bomb at me, after i had warned you. my warn messages on teamkilling usually say something like "attempting to teamkill is illegal in trench wars, if you continue you will be banned", key word is attempting. regardless of anything else i saw you do, you just admitted that you were both warned and continued to try to team kill after the warning, especially after abusing ?help which you weren't warned for to my knowledge.

further, you cannot see who i warn and who i do not, you also cannot see what i see or what i do not. i am not a biased mod in terms of the players i ban, i've banned friends and foes alike, if you have a complaint on the ban email the address, if you just want to take the first opportunity you can to shout out "staff abuse" go ahead, i explained it for you.

Threatening to bann and actualy banning are 2 different things. I think if it was bad enuff, yes rand would bann his friend, but i also think it'd take something really drastic to do it. As wall as 98% of mods and about 99% of smods. They protect there squadmates/friends till the bitter end usualy. The only real exception i'd see is Da farmer! and Erathia who bann there squadies or friends at will bc its the rite thing to do. Im not saying rand is biased or even abusive, bc most likely he isnt but i can garetee u he wont bann someone thats his friend/squadie as fast as he banns someone he dislikes.

I got banned once for 24 hours...I never got warned...don't know who did it or why...I just talked to someone in game and got it killed though...so that was good...whoeever did that is evil.

anyways cig, the people i consider friends in this game aren't people who get banned on a regular basis, if they do something and are warned 99% of the time they will stop, the other 1% they will be banned and say "see ya in a few days".

i can't speak for everybody, but more likely than not, staff don't ban their friends because they don't have to. the guys running around teaming in elim or teamkilling in pub and saying "fuck you staff" aren't the people we hold close to heart. the people i respect are the ones that follow the rules.

Ya, actually. The only ban I ever got was from Era for Tking waaay back when. 3 day ban, no warning, no nothing.

I meant erathia has no remorse when it comes to banning a squadie or a friend. most ppl think atleast 2 times, he dont even think once.

And rand, im sure u let a few things slip by, or u warn them using squadchat/pm instead of a /*warn. Dont worry 95% of staff does it so ur not alone, andi actualy think ur one of the better mods so im not downing u.
