Weehaw! Cupid got his ass kicked! This weekend's events were a blast! Hope everyone enjoyed the excitement!
The Super Sexy Valentine's event was a love-fest for all 82 players involved! Though it was more of a St. Valentine's Day Massacre. We held it in the new holiday map ?go valentine, chock full of some neato shipsets and new weapon designs. Randedl, Weaver, and lnx played the mischievous Cupids and lobbed thor powered arrows at the unsuspecting heart shaped sharks! Weathermatt had the prettiest lips of all the sharkies, and he was the Valentine's Day Massacre survivor! Randedl, who sure does have a purty mouth, was the leading destructor of love with his 582-0 record!
World War Three proved yet again to be the event everyone waits for! 182 people playing at the start of the game, and Redlights the opening host! Europe with it's massive army of Europeans, imposed their European will on the non-Europeans and showed us all why Europe is better than any non-European region. Weaver was the MVP of the match with his awe inspiring 59-25 record!
After the WW3... it was the Super, Ultra, Xtreme, Fantastic, Stain Fighting, New & Improved, Safe for Children, Not Tested on Animals, FDA Approved Multibase!!! The battle lasted well over 40 minutes, with Nickname and Melufa as the mighty captains! Team Melufa took an early lead on a trick play by their force of terriers. It didn't take long for Team Nickname to stop hitting the hash pipe and regain order over the squabbling Melufans. Final score was Team Nickname 1.8 million.. Team Melufa 700k. Xu was the mvp because he had more points than anyone else.
Stay tuned for some announcements on this coming weekends events! There will probably be fewer this week due to TWDT, but those punks won't stop me!
