1) "Good" squads do not necessarily have to be based on skill, especially if they are there for fun (and for the long run). If you want your squad to last, skill is not the way. It's been proven. You see squads based on skill, like awesome said, come and go in the blink of an eye. So, unlike Jason said, skill should not be of main importance if you're looking to have a squad that lasts.

It's true though: squads will only last for lees than a month. Like Awesome said, 2 to 3 squads start up and die off at the same time and are replaced by 2 to 3 more squads.

I don't see Awesome's post as a turndown for Precious but more as a warning of what actually happens. You've been on this forum too long. Need a fresh mind
