A mix of everything works well for me. Typically I go for the more intense stuff like Eyehategod, Slayer or Meshuggah . But if I'm in relaxed mode, some Wumpscut or Astral Projection is fine. I have 8,121 mp3's so it's hard to go through everything even when I play all day.
