to lazy to read any posts except first one. I agree to some extent gerry. It's just a game. The main point of squads is to be better. Then put good players on your squad. Even if they're not going to stay for very long atleast let them win some matches for you.

I joined some squad called Atriem. It was a new basing squad. They dissolved sometime yesterday and I wasn't online.

I was not told and they just let it die out.

My point proven. Every squad I join dissolves or just dies out.

When you join squads that were already near death (i.e. BR) or your personal problems screw up your squad relations (i.e. WR), or you join squads just created 2 days before you got there (i.e. Atriem?) etc, it's called a self-fulfilling prophecy.
