As you might've noticed, ?go baseelim doesn't have random
damage anymore, w00t! No more tanking and dying into
one bullet with over 1000 nrg left! Jav's bullets do 520 dmg now.

I lag so much anyways I ate the shots whether they did 50000 or 1 damage, but im sure people with good connections will be happy ;P
