how to zip files

how do i zip files up into a file so i can send them to twmaps? when i click on browse to find the files it only shows the zip files so i cannot add my map and rules can some1 plz help

first : intall winzip
Then: open your windows explorer and go to the folder which contains the files you want to zip. Select them and right-click 'em. In that "right-click menu" (1337 term) go to winzip and then "add to zipfile"
Give it a name and you have a zipped file

or if ur on Windows XP, use the right click and send to: zip function.
