Unable to create trench3.lvl

Anyone have an idea what might be this persons problem?

I have a question. Everytime i go to start up trenchwars, it gets to about 25% downloaded, and then the window closes, and then an error window comes up saying "Unable to create zones\SSCU Trench Wars\trench3.lvl"

Is there any thoughts or ideas of what could be going wrong, or how to fix it?? If so please write me back.

The game for some reason can't write the trench3.lvl file to the harddrive. The quickest solution would probably be to delete and reinstall the game, but...

This could be caused by having no harddrive space left, or being logged onto the computer as a user that can't edit/create new files. Maybe the trench3.lvl is already on the harddrive but somehow become write protected.
