Strange Lag

I get this strange lag since a few days.
It seems to lag sort of lock ups but when I do ?lag it just says 90-110 ms current and 130 high and 0.1% s2c ploss I have scanned for spyware and for viruses thats not it so what would be the cause ?

for my SS... when i lag... i would know.. cuz i spec and i'm supposidly looking at other peoples pings... but sometimes when it gets so out of hand i'm seeing my own... and i see 600ms- 1500ms.. but when i do a .?ping i get 180 .. >.< wierd

Ugh.. They really need to fix this lag issue.. I'm pretty tired of not being able to play baseelim or twjd for at least 1 minute..
