    I hate spyware...

    ...especially if it got on my computer through another user account.

    I have this fucking 'nounsoftdownload' search toolbar and I don't want it there, and my homepage has been set to http://mysearchnow.com/...

    How the hell do I rid my system of this? Ad-Aware seems to half-remove it, it just ends up lying dormant then comes back again for some reason.

    Go to google and search for spybot

    ther are tons of things out there just look.

      yeah i know that thing, u don't ask for it, and u get it installed, not even have to press yes, i will look for u how to uninstall the damn thing, for a start, run spybot - search & destroy, and adaware 6.0, but i think that only will not help, i had to find an uninstaller for it, i will post it here when i found it
