Someone Please Help!!!!

I have Windows XP and when ever I run Continuum it goes for about 10 seconds then it closes. This started when I got Windows XP. Any advice? I am really pissed!

Yes. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, redownloaded, uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, redownloaded, redownloaded diffrent versions, and so on. Still nothing.

I have ask my husband. He is a qualifed certified Microsoft.
He ask, what exactly happened? When you log on to play the screen goes all dark and come back to the normal screen?

No. I click the Continuum icon, the Continuum screen comes up and about ten seconds later it is closed. I do not touch it. All the zones are up too.

Right can you press the zone icon in continuum?
If you can press it remove all zones, and exit continuum and then try again...

Ok now all of the icons are gone and I have no zones. I tryed to download the zones but I only have ten seconds. I reinstalled and same thing.

Did you upgrade during the installation of continuum, the file is directx?

I have directX and i played continuum on windows me but as soon as i got XP the problems started.
