Its frustrating to write these lines after every post^
I'd hope there would be another way..like some automatic system that fills them itself after every post.

Start - Run - Taskmgr should bring up the taskmanager atleast.
If that doesn't work, verify that the taskmgr.exe file is still in your <Windowsroot>\System32 directory.

Edit: You should also verify the settings for the taskmanager policy settings.
          Start - Run - gpedit.msc

www.blackanddecker.com...you'll probably find some tools here to totally ruin your computer.
I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal...

                  Wow, that's fucked up...
Well, we can work around that.

                  Start - Run - MMC
                  File - Add/Remove Module
                  Add...
Select "Goup policy" from the list, click Finish in the next Window, click "Close" to close the list of modules and finally click "Ok" to close the add/remove module window.

Alrighty, now expand the local computer policy tree and then expand the user policy subtree. Now expand the Management templates subtree, followed by the system subtree and click the CTRL+ALT+DEL options node.
Make sure the "Remove Taskmanager" option status is set to disabled.

Not sure if I got all the menu and option names exactly right, because I had to translate them from dutch to english.

One more thing you could try logging in as a different user with admin rights, preferably the built in Administrator account, and see if ctrl+alt+del works then.

I'm the root admin, and all i get it file -> Add/remove "snap-in", i figure that might be it so i then click "add..." but i dont have a group policy, just "local users and groups". But when i click "finish", it gives me: "You are using windows XP, this isnt avaliable, you can do this through User Management in control Panel"

Ow, right, those things are called snap-ins, in the english version, forgot about that...
Are you by any chance using Windows XP Home Edition or something, because you're missing a shitload of management options that should be available by default, atleast in XP Professional.
