Mysearchnow is well known adware, you probably got it from messengerplus3.
Post a new Hijack This log on the forum I gave or here may be better. tell them about mysearchnow and they'll tell you what to do.
Removing messengerplus3 using add/remove programs in control panel might also do the job.
EDIT: oh yeah, and register with a girly name, you'll probably get more help that way.
