Continuum Crashes :(

everytime i click Launch Zone or Play, or try to enter a zone continuum crashes, after i close it using ALT+DEL+CTRL my computer crashes and it says Fatal Error 00something

try going to programs ==> accessories ==> system tools then click on system information

goto tools and click on system configuration utility

click on the startup tab and uncheck every box except for systemtray systray.exe

reset computer and see if that works
