What happens on this forum when a post is reported?

Does anyone get a notification?

for example I suggested that you require new user registration to be approved, which afaik is possible, but I have no idea if someone saw that message, and it seems to not have been done because the guy is still evading bans by making new accounts.

Reported posts show up as a notification to all forum moderators, including those who aren't mods in that specific sub forum. I can see all of your reports, but can't act on them. Afaik the only site wide mods are qan and Wirah

OK, can we do 2 non-controversial things:

1. Configure the forum so new members have to be approved before they can post.
2. Make all moderators forum-wide, so anyone who sees a post which requires moderation can deal with it.


And for bonus points:

3. If someone is banned from the forum also ban them in game, and vice-versa.
