Low fps when first connecting to any zone

Problem:
When you connect to any zone, you get about 10fps.
This continues until the game plays any sound.
So you end up spectating someone until they hit a wall, or fire, etc.
Then your fps goes up to whatever it's supposed to be.

Workaround:
In your profile, set an Auto to play a sound to yourself when you connect.
:%selfname:%1


Doesn't seem to affect everyone, don't know why.

My Sound Options
Sound Mode: Engines Off
Sound Quality: 44KHz 16Bit
Wave Mesages: Off
3D Sound Effects: On
No Team Sounds: Off
