    internet messed up

    When I start my computer, I can use my browser for like 15 minutes and after that it says 'can't find host, connection timed out'.

    help me

    I use mozilla firefox..

    plus when my computers starts, it gives a 'rundll' error, it says: couldn't find module c://..../bridge.dll

      bridge.dll is a spyware thingy, i had that too, it is fucking anoying, u prolly removed that already, but now it can't load it, remove it from the startup list also

        Do you have Spybot - Search and Destroy
        If you don't I suggest you get it. I only suggested getting that dll file back because i was missing one and it turned my computer into a living hell.

          i used to have that bridge.dll error message too. if you download this file it will find the spyware and show you steps on how to remove it. it worked for me

            No, it is not REALLY a spyware component. Some programs that are used to remove spyware delete it because the program 'thinks' it's spyware.. all you have to do is download it again, and add that file to the exceptions part of your spyware deleting program and it should be fine.

            My friend recently had this problem. While he had this problem, his internet was hijacked and I think you should go get some research on if you're internet is being hijacked and see how to rid of it.

              Actually bridge.dll is part of spyware software from Flingstone Bridge (try checking some databases before comming to simple conclusions based on your friend sister's friend's computer problems, plz guys? Also in the future, and i'm not fucking wizard at this stuff but you may want to refer them to another forum where they could get more help and more ideas).

              Get spybot (UPDATE PLZ!!) run it and remove anything it finds. Goto start-->Run-->type:msconfig; find and uncheck the key loading the .dll or just do "uncheck" all.

              Removing the registry key, (only if you still have problems after the above procedures):
              [To do this, make sure system restore is on/has a recent save, and or you have a back up of your registry]

              Goto Start, run, type:regedit. Scroll to Hkey_Local_machine-->Software-->Microsoft-->Windows-->RUN. If you find anything on the right side with bridge.dll in it, delete it and DO NOT delete anything else there. Now that the .dll and the other software components are gone the computer won't give the error and your system should be clean.
