Yes, but i use Y'z Dock instead. It's a program written quite a while ago that works great and is a lot less bloated. Although, Apple gave a direct order to its creator to shut down its distribution, and so it hasn't been updated in years. Most of us (desktop customizers) in the community keep it alive regardless.

Object Dock has gotten a bit better over time with its updates. Not a bad program, and no, docks do not get annoying. They are a great utility and can certainly look very nice (anyone who's seen my desktops can attest to that).

that would be a program called Rainlendar.

To be honest, that's the only screenshot where i'm using it, i found it generally worthless.

What most people use it for is desktop calendars. There are some stunning skins out there (which is pretty much the only reason i even installed it). It also does CPU stats, weather etc...

yes, i have... it has some really good configs if you look in the right places.

but i never really was fond of using it... was more for show... kinda like rainlendar.

in the end i don't use either since they seem like a waste of space to me.

i dont need to know the weather (miranda plugin notifications take care of weather/news/mail/winamp for me), i dont actually use to-do lists, i dont use a calendar, and i really don't care how much RAM is being utilized this second.

EDIT: On second thought, you might find both of these programs appealing. My tastes may differ, as i am a minimalist through and through.
