Is there some sort of program control that is like the feature on Zone Alarm which restricts programs to accessing to the internet unless you have manually "allowed" them to access the net?
Norton is like panda antivirus, eats your ram. annoying startups.. basically it screws with my nerves.. I don't remember myself having panda or norton more then 1 week on my computer. Usually the firewall extension asks you if the certain program is to have access to the internet or not, like Kim said.
If you mean "all red" as in the-client-can't-contact-any-zones red, you should give access rights for continuum on your firewall.

5: RoboHelp> Are you nuts? You can't ban a staff member!
5: Da1andonly> =((
5: Epinephrine> !ban da1andonly
5: RoboHelp> Staffer "da1andonly" has been banned for abuse.
5: Epinephrine> oh shit
You need to ask your Dad to let continuum have access, it seems your account on XP does not have administrator priveliges.
