Bug Temp Solution

This is directed toward people who attempt to run continuum but it never loads, or if you have any other problems related to opening continuum.
I just got lucky with this. A player couldn't open cont so I told him (through his friend PMing me and using msn) to try using the RUN AS command instead of double clicking. And it worked.

If you don't know what the RUN AS command is, you need Windows XP Professional Edition or maybe another version I don't know about. Im not any comp wiz, but it worked. Just right click on your continuum short cut and if you see a "RUN AS" option, select that and try running cont. It helped the Player so if you have any problems try it.

I'm not sure if it'll fix anything, but it is a work around.

Well with the RUN AS command it won't let you access the harddrive at all, so you can't save any changes to the options/profiles/macros/logs etc. You can disable that, but then I don't think this "work around" would work at all.

this is for people who can't open continuum at all. i think they would be okay with the fact that they can't save their macro's rather than NOT play at all.

It also works in XP Home, one major problem is that you cannot save maps either, so if you try to enter an arena with a new map, it will reach 99% then give you an error message and close.
