    Port stuff

    Can someone tell me which ports I would need to open to be able to play TW through a firewall?

    I'm going to email my uni network admin, but I'll need to tell them which ports need opening. TW runs on 5400 so I'm assuming that's one.

    I read somewhere that 5401 will need to be opened too, and do any others need to be opened?

    Are all of the open ports for the UDP protocol?

    What ISP do you have? And what type of firewall? Usually your firewall software will find the ports necessary to give any program access to the internet that you tell it to.

            weird firewalls, don't you get a message when SS tries to connect to the internet, and if you want to allow that? atleast that is what mine does...

                That may be with software firewalls that are run on your computer.
