  • Running Continuum on Linux

    Hey,
I'm considering switched my OS from XP to a version of Linux called Ubuntu. Whenever I run the program it just comes up to a fatal error. Was hoping someone else out there has tried this or a similar configuration and might be able to offer some advice.
    Thanks
    Ronin

Um... I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but Continuum only runs in Windows. It requires DirectX which is Windows-only, and there may be emulators that will run the game but as far as I know nothing will get it running at playable speeds.

What's the point in running Linux. Just run Windows like a normal person.

I've only had success running it in VMWare, and even then it wasn't nearly as good as running it on windows...

          You could try WineX.
          There's no place like 127.0.0.1

WineX didn't work either did Win4Win, I might give VMWare a shot just to see. Thanks.

Just keep a small partition with Windows on it.
