How to post on SSCU Trench Wars Forums

Hello "ladies" and gentlemen! I decided it is time to reach out to the younger of our community and especially those of our forums, and give them a little guide on how to get their shit done proper here. I made pictures so that you guys can understand, I know you are a bit hard in the head after all.



Ok, when you come to the index page, the first thing you do is hit new posts. Unless of course you like wasting time switching through forums.



What you want to look for are the posts with the icons that have the black dots on them (I should also mention that if you arent using classic buttons you're a ditry fucking bastard and should die). Those dots mean that is a thread that you have posted in. And a thread that you have posted in, means the thread is officially interesting and worth your time. Notice though the other two threads I've posted in have not had replies to my last post, so they are disregarded.
Hit the little blue square with the arrow, that goes to the first new post which idealy should be the first post after you posted in the thread.

Crap it's nothing that you can make fun of/start controversy or a fight over. Well in this situation we'll have to look up in the thread, no sense wasting the click it took you to get to the thread by clicking the back button, and besides there are no other active threads you've posted in.

A ha! Something to work with, there's nothing better to discuss than Pallies, even more so if you're on it. So lets do something here, hit that reply button on the bottom of that post to quote it.



The idea here is to be the biggest asshole possible and piss anyone and everyone off at whatever cost. About this reply, the arrogance is a plus, but I don't think it's going anywhere good.



YEA! Nothing pisses people off than spouting newbie at them, even though they repeat themselves time and again about how it doesn't. It's a surefire way to make things interesting. The reply has the Miggs seal of approval, it is ready to be posted, hit that bad boy.

Well that's one thread down, but if you're starting out, you won't have any interesting threads to work with, as you will not have posted in any of them.

So here's what you do, look for something that sounds the slightest bit promising. I know, it'll be tough, but a challenge can be fun! This thread has a really vague and dumb sounding title, shit smells like cannon fodder to me. Let's have a look, shall we? Click the title to view the topic.



Seems all these posts are on the track of the hopelessly boring topic, bastards, I hope something will show. Let's continue our search. Posting on forums is like a scavenger hunt in the comfort of your own computer chair! No wonder they are so popular with the ladies!

Here's a fun thing to do on the side while posting on forums, gather your friends when you post and have a pool on what the poor suckers you've insulted will say. I go with 2 to 1 odds on "Fuck you", 5th grade "yo momma" cracks, "get a life", and random "hostile emoticons". That chair one is just irresistable! 5 to 1 odds on them continuing on the theme you've given them.

holy carp it actually works. RC made an interesting thread and managed to get someone pissed. seal acted just like rc wanted. now that ive seen i can go post like the rest of yall raging europeans/democrats hating America/Bush because i am right and everyone else is wrong even though i have no proof other than my CAPITALS and bold!
