problem starting game

I've been getting the following error message when trying to log in the Trench Wars zone:
"Failed to load graphics file prizes.bm2"

How do I proceed?

Well first of all I would check to make sure you have the game installed correctly.

Let us know how it goes, after you check out those directions. You should only get that error if the prizes.bm2 file is physically missing, or maybe if it's corrupted. Either way, reinstall the game again.
