Jittering text and radar

For some reason, now when I boot up continuum and enter the game, My chat,death text and my radar seem to jitter. The jitter is annoying as hell, it even gives me headaches if I try to read it for more than 30 seconds.

Anyone know how to resolve this problem or have had any similar ones?

Btw I never had this problem before, rebooting, reinstalling does nothing to fix it.

Go into View -> Advanced options.

Turn on/off avoid page clipping (if it's on, put it off, and vice versa)

If that doesn't work, try the same with Software emulation and then disable clipping.
