need help with resolution immediately

the normal resolution is 1280x1024x8 right?
well sometimes its fine but sometimes it gets too big and i can move the screen with the mouse!
iv'e tried everything. i deleted ss and reinstalled, tried to set the resolution in the game checked the keys i restarted my comp like 20 times but nothing helped..
i used help messages so many times but staff had no idea..

please someone who understands..try to help me i really can't play

If possible, you might want to make a screenshot of what you see. Not the in-game screenshot, but one from windows or something, if you know what I mean.

I just want to see what your monitor looks like, when you are experiencing the problem.

Except it shows your game would be on the screen too or something. I could be completely missing the point however.
