If I go to a url with .png, it gives me the choice to save/open instead of just opening it in i.e. like it should. I tried changing it to open .png by default with internet explorer with no success. Any ideas?

Check that you have the latest version of IE. I'm not sure if PNGs were supported to display in the earlier versions. -

Like a few others suggested I reccomend getting THE latest version of IE or just join the firefox revolution. (Though I seriously think Microsoft is gonna buy it out.)Comment
