converting music files

ok i have a .AIFF file inside iTunes on a school mac. i sent it to my gmail account, and it's about 10 megs. is there anyway to get it on my PC in mp3 format?

The programs on google are kinda old and outdated. I suggest you buy a convertor. Or use a sound editor and save it as an mp3. I just use Nero Wave editor.

argh i've downloaded and installed 4 programs today to try and convert my two .aif files. wtf they don't work and all require some registration code or shit to use.

someone help me find a really good TOTALLY FREE one please!!!
