how to i get it to shut the fuck up and out of my taskbar, whining about all the updates i havent installed and the fact i'm never going to put antivirus software on it because it's a waste of processing power and time since all of them suck, thx

Open the Security Center and open the AntiVirus dialog box. Then click on the box that says something about you having your own AV program, then press ok. You can probably turn off all that shit from that menu, but updating is important, I advise you to keep that running and to update whatever it wants. -
Start -> Run -> msconfig
