    I also fell for that shit, got like 10 different programs of spyware.

    Just run Spybot, and it will remove 7/10 of the programs, then it will ask "Some items weren't deleted, do you want spybot to scan on your next reboot?"

    Reboot, let it scan, and everything will be removed.

              Will that work? O.o As in like... free virus cleaning too? And not just tell you that you have certain virus and to get rid of it "Please purchase blah blah blah" -_-

                  Hum it might work the following way.
                  On I.E. go to tools -> internet options -> programs -> manage suplements (or something similar) and disconnect it. I dunno if the names are correct since my version is not english but i think that's the way to diconnect it.

                    I reccomend that you use housetrend it's good, and it removes adware/spyware/mal-ware and all types of viruses. It is also free. You should also think about long term virus protection. Ask your ISP if they provide antivirus programs with their service. For those of you who don't know some Isp's provide programs that acts like norton. This could've all been prevented if you had norton antivirus. Go buy it, it's the best 40 dollars you'll ever spend on your computer.

                        Whoa, I wish it was that easy for me.. I fixed it for my friend by:

                        ->booting into Safe mode
                        ->uninstall block checker

                        when that didn't work I had to
                        -> open tasks manager
                        ->click processes tab
                        keep that open and open up the file that block checker is installed
                        ->end all of the blkchk processes
                        -> QUICKLY delete the block checker program

                          You guys gotta get some sort of protection, especially now because of the botnet war that's going on. If you are really that cheap, ask your isp. Mine provides us with an excellent isp only antivirus for free. It updates every 2 hours, and detects viruses, adware, spyware etc. It's free unlike where I have to pay 20 bucks for a norton subscription every year.

                              Just a note about this msn blocker programs.....

                              they patched the hole that let you see properly if people are blocking you on msn years ago.

                              Nowdays the best/most effective way to check if someones blocking u is create a new hotmail account that doesnt look like u and add them on that......

                              These msn blocker programs wont work if the person is offline or if the person blocking u has this setting ticked in msn: "Only people on my Allow list can see my status and send me messages"

                              this means i can block people and they cant tell :wub:

                              Also if someones blocking you maybe its because they dont want to talk to you :death:
