Antivirus blocking programs without a reason!

So GW got an update, and I get happy, and turn the game.

It starts to DL the new contents, and ask if I want to let it connect to something like usual when its a new patch.
I click on permit, and it blocks the game, now I cant even play the shit.
Anyone know how to fix this? I cant find where do un-block the thing.
