  • Clock problems

Ok, I have no idea why this is happening:

the clock in the lower-right hand corner of my screen (the default windows one) always sets itself 10 minutes faster than the actual time. I do that internet time syncronization and set it correctly, but then within an hour its 10 minutes fast again.

Im pretty sure its not some 3rd party program doing it becasue my process list looks relativly clean:

    any idea's?
Like, there was this ninja who got
ticked off at some people who kept
talking while he was trying to rock
out on his guitar, so the ninja totally
flipped out and sang at them till
    they all exploded!!! (true story.)

Maybe your watch is 10 minites slow.....

    j/k :P

I would recomend turning off Internet Time Syncronization (ITS) i think that may be the problem after you turn off ITS Just set the clock manually and leave it.

If that correct the problem then dont worry about turning ITS back on its not necessery. The internal computer clock is quatz based so it not gonna lose/gain more than like a second a year.

I'll try that but I dont think it was the ITS program (its built into the popup window you get when you double click on the clock). theres a log of the last time it syncronized and it shows no record of resyncronization after I sycronized it myself, even when the clock is wrong again.
