Car computer/MP3 system

Probably not the right place to post this, but I am looking for an MP3 system for my car. I have an Ipod but I'm sick of the cables, and the FM transmitters I have tried all suck.

I've seen car "computers" which are nothing more than hard drives.

Has anyone used a car computer or made any custom made MP3/audio system?

I don't mind the cost, so if anyone can point me to a good system, I'll give it a view. I could probably use a touchscreen panel as well, so keep that in mind.

In all, I am hoping you can add a computer to a car, so that I can use it as an MP3 player for my stereo, and also have the ability to connect my Pocket PC via Bluetooth or USB, to sync my work schedules, etc...

My friend has this you can rig up any thing to this beast and with navigation damn you cant go wrong.
But if i was you i would pay a lil more to get the navigation built in or to use the navigation you will have to keep switching cds. from music to the nav cd.
