          The 8.2% is likely due to Uconn connection since the packetloss spikes there and everyone after that is through there (unless they have some sort of DDoS protection where they ignore pings, but then they would likely ignore all or more of the pings instead of 9% which is very close to your 8.2% server to computer packet loss). Since it is so close you might try reconnection your modem and see if you can improve it or talking to your ISP and see if they are aware of the loss and if they are going to improve it.
          People who are rather more than six feet tall and nearly as broad across the shoulders often have uneventful journeys. People jump out at them from behind rocks then say things like, "Oh. Sorry. I thought you were someone else."
